1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, organization details, and the documents you upload for analysis. We also collect usage data such as features used, analysis requests, and session duration to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve SimpleNDA services. Documents uploaded for analysis are processed by our AI models and are never used to train our models. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

All documents are encrypted client-side (AES-256-GCM) before leaving your browser and in transit (TLS 1.3). Your data is stored in access-controlled, per-user partitions — only you can read your own documents. Because encryption happens on your device, SimpleNDA cannot access your document content at any point.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded documents are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion or request, all documents and associated analysis data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data at any time. For GDPR and CCPA requests, contact privacy@simplenda.app.
