What we do
What is SimpleNDA?
SimpleNDA uses specialized AI to analyze Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). It scans your document for risks, scores it against the standard NDA-10 Framework, and highlights deviations in plain English before you sign.
Does SimpleNDA provide legal advice?
No. SimpleNDA acts as a Legal Information Assistant. It identifies where clauses deviate from standard commercial practice, but this information is educational and should not replace advice from a qualified solicitor.
What types of documents can I upload?
We currently support uploading PDF, DOCX (Microsoft Word), and MD (Markdown) files for analysis. At this time we exclusively focus on Non-Disclosure Agreements (also known as Confidentiality Agreements).
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. All documents uploaded to SimpleNDA are encrypted directly on your device (using client-side AES-256-GCM encryption) before they are sent to our servers. Only you hold the decryption key.
Will your AI train on my contract?
Absolutely not. We use a strictly Zero-Retention AI architecture. We've explicitly configured our AI models not to cache, store, or log any part of your prompt or document. Once your analysis is generated, the context is immediately flushed.
Who can see my uploaded documents?
Only you. Because documents are client-side encrypted using a cryptographic key derived from your unique user account, even SimpleNDA administrators cannot read the contents of your files.
Pricing & Account
How much does it cost?
Each full NDA analysis costs a flat rate of $9.99, which is deducted from your prepaid account balance.
How does billing work?
SimpleNDA operates on a prepaid credit system. You can securely top up your account balance via Stripe in $20 increments to use for future document analyses.
How much storage do I get?
Each account comes with a free 500 MB storage limit, which is used to safely store your recent encrypted analyses so you can access them again later.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can manage and permanently delete your completed or outdated documents at any time from your Profile Dashboard. Once deleted, the encrypted file and all analysis history are scrubbed from our systems forever.
